
Freezer Beef for Sale
Our cattle are grain fed Limousin or Limousin crossbred. They are raised and finished on our farm and on our feed. We do not use hormones, steroid or antibiotics.
You can choose a quarter, half or whole beef. A finished beef averages 800 pounds hanging weight.

You will need to schedule your beef date with us in advance and check by our dates available at the packing facilities. A date will be scheduled as soon as possible. You will not have a choice in where your beef will be processed. We will deliver your frozen beef.
We will work directly with the beef facilities. If you are interested, the local beef facilities we use include Xenia Meats, Manning Packing, Farm and Field Meats, Flemingsburg Packing, Davidsons Packing and Hunter Meat Processing. More information on the packing companies can be found on their websites, but not all have websites. Their details of website or phone number are listed below.

Specific fee for processing and handling is determined by the processing facility. The price per pound will be determined by Mark considering farm raised and market price.

You will have choices on cuts, thickness of steak, ground beef packaging size, patties, size of roasts. We can relay your cut requests to the facility that will be processing your beef. The following documents can be used as reference when making the cut decisions:
